This was the image I chose for my tracing image to play with on photoshop. I took the image from Rankins website as I like his portraiture shots. I also chose this particlar image because the parts of the image I would focus on when adding texture and colour to on photoshop, are thick and blocks, making it easier for me to do my job on photoshop, whereas if the origional image had detailed patterns on it, it would make it hard work for me to trace and to put my mark onto it. Also, as this is my first go at doing something like this, I thought it would be best to keep it simple and effective at the same time, and as I do more, I can use more detailed images.
